Return Policy
At Scalp Oasis, we prioritize the quality and satisfaction of our customers. Our return policy specifically applies to products, including hair growth massagers, with quality issues, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
Conditions for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The hair massager must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are only eligible for regular priced items with verified quality issues such as defects or malfunctions. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exclusions from Return:
- We do not accept returns for hair massagers due to change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Returns for products that have been used or damaged due to improper handling will not be accepted.
Restocking Fee:
- A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returned head massagers with quality issues. This fee covers handling and restocking costs associated with processing returns.
Return Shipping Costs:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Process for Returns:
- Contact our customer service team here to initiate the return process.
- Provide details of the issue along with proof of purchase.
- Our team will assess the request and provide instructions for returning the product.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund minus the applicable restocking fee and deducted return shipping costs if the quality issue is confirmed.
Exchange Product Delivery:
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged scalp massager to reach you may vary.
